I Was Charged Without Consent by Helppay and Can’t Cancel the Unauthorized Subscription

I recently discovered that a payment was deducted from my credit card under the name “Helppay,” and I had absolutely no knowledge of this transaction. I never signed up for any service or subscription related to Helppay, and this charge was made entirely without my consent. If I hadn’t checked my card details carefully, I wouldn’t have even noticed it—there was no notification or email explaining the charge.

To make matters worse, I tried to cancel whatever subscription this is, but I couldn’t. There’s no clear way to manage or stop it. This feels like a hidden, unauthorized charge, and I’m extremely frustrated.

I demand that my so-called subscription be immediately canceled and that the amount withdrawn be refunded in full. I expect a prompt resolution, or I will consider escalating this through legal channels.
