Hello, I have been charged ₺1,399 every month by PDFAid since February, even though I have never purchased any service or subscription from this company. These are clearly unauthorized charges from PDFAid and I demand a full refund immediately.
This situation is unacceptable. I never signed up for a plan, yet recurring payments have been taken from my account without my approval. If my money is not returned, I will file an official complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board and pursue all my legal rights against this company.
PDFAid must stop these subscription scam practices, cancel any non-existent membership, and issue a refund for all the unauthorized withdrawals taken from my account.
