I used PDFGuru.com for a simple transaction, expecting it to be a one-time payment. Right after that, I noticed that my card details had been compromised and an additional charge of ₺1955.25 was taken from my account without my knowledge or consent. This happened without any password verification or approval, which makes me question how such an unauthorized transaction could even be processed.
I am shocked that my card could be billed this way and I now expect Yapı Kredi to step in and support me with this issue. It is unacceptable for a company to store card details and process charges without authorization.
I demand an immediate refund of the unauthorized ₺1955.25 charge and cancellation of any hidden subscription or payment link connected to my account. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will pursue legal action to protect my rights.
