Refund Request For Unauthorized Transaction Of PDF Guru On My Card

I am writing to report an unauthorized transaction made by PDF Guru/PDF Pro using my bank card. On 13 July 2026 at around 5:30 pm Indian time, I received a notification from my mobile banking application and an email from IndusInd Bank stating that a card transaction of approximately 4,865.71 INR (shown as USD 49.99) had been successfully charged to my card ending in 6532. I did not order, subscribe to, or knowingly authorize any product or service from PDF Guru/PDF Pro. I do not accept this transaction because it was made without my consent and I was not informed in advance of any charge. This situation has caused me serious concern about the security of my card and personal information. I kindly request that the full amount of USD 49.99 (around 4,865.71 INR) charged without my permission be refunded to my account and that my card information be deleted from your systems, if stored. I also ask that no further unauthorized charges be made to my card and that you provide written confirmation once the refund has been processed.
