PDF Guru Complaint Regarding Auto Debit Or Charges Without Any Permission
I recently discovered that PDF Guru charged my ICICI Bank debit card in India an amount of 49.99 dollars on 27 May 2026 without my consent or any prior notice. I did not subscribe to any of their services or authorize this payment in any way, so I consider this a fraudulent and unauthorized transaction. After seeing the charge, I tried to contact PDF Guru, but they are not responding and I have not received any explanation or support from them. I am very disturbed by the fact that money was deducted from my debit card without my knowledge or approval. I request a full refund of the 49.99 dollars that was taken from my account and confirmation that I have no subscription or recurring payments with PDF Guru, and that no further charges will be made to my card.
