PDF Guru Must Refund Unauthorized Charge and Delete Card Data
On January 8, 2026, while using the PDF Guru service through a computer web browser, I noticed that a charge of approximately $50 USD was made to my credit card without my permission or approval. Although I had previously purchased a package from PDF Guru, I never gave consent for my card details to be stored in the system or used again later.
After this unauthorized transaction, I contacted my bank, and a refund request was submitted. Since the transaction was carried out directly by PDF Guru, I request that the company also review this matter and clarify how this unauthorized charge occurred.
I demand that PDF Guru fully refund the unauthorized $50 USD charged to me and that all card information that may be associated with my account be permanently deleted from their systems. I expect my grievance to be resolved as soon as possible.
