PDF Gur's Unresponsive Support - Unauthorized Auto-Renewal Charges
I am writing regarding an unauthorized auto-renewal of my PDF Guru subscription that was charged to my credit card on 14 May 2026. I did not give my consent for the renewal, and I was charged 49.99 USD without any clear prior notice or approval. After noticing the charge, I contacted PDF Guru customer support, but I have not received any response so far. The lack of communication is very disappointing and leaves me with no explanation for why this amount was taken from my account. In this situation, I request a full refund of 49.99 USD and the cancellation of any active or future renewals of my subscription. I also expect written confirmation that the subscription has been cancelled and that no further charges will be made to my credit card.
