PDF Guru Unauthorized Charge – Request Refund and Subscription Cancellation

I recently discovered a charge on my debit card from a platform called PDF Guru that I never knowingly subscribed to or used. On 12 July 2026 at around 12:00 AM, an amount of RM 206.51 (shown as USD 49.99) was deducted from my debit card with the description "VSA_PDF_GURU.com CY 050726 NICOSIA USD49.99 0000206.51". I have never created an account with PDF Guru, never used their services, and never authorized any subscription or payment to them. The charge appeared without my consent or knowledge, and this has caused me serious concern about the security and misuse of my card details. With this complaint, I request a full refund of the RM 206.51 that was taken from my debit card and the immediate cancellation of any subscription or recurring payment that may have been created without my consent. I also request that this unauthorized charge be investigated and that written confirmation be provided that no further deductions will be made from my card.
