On July 3, 2026, an amount of AED 185.55 was automatically deducted from my account by PDF Guru for a subscription renewal that I did not actively or explicitly consent to. My intention was only to use the service during the trial period, and I did not plan to continue with a paid subscription afterward. I subscribed via the PDF Guru website. After noticing the unexpected charge, I contacted your customer support. I was asked whether another email address was also mine, and I confirmed that it was. However, since then I have not received any further emails, updates, or a refund, and the issue remains unresolved. I politely request a full refund of the AED 185.55 that was charged without my explicit consent and the complete cancellation of my subscription, along with written confirmation once this has been done.
