PDF Guru Refund For Unauthorized Charges And Cancel Any Recurring Charges

I am writing regarding repeated unauthorized charges to my Maybank Visa debit card by PDF Guru. On 7 June and on several earlier dates, my card was charged multiple times for USD 0.49 per transaction, without my consent, authorization, or any corresponding purchase or subscription that I knowingly signed up for. I only used PDF Guru once for a single PDF download and did not agree to any ongoing subscription, plan, or trial. Despite this, the charges have continued without my knowledge. These transactions are linked to my email address, which is ivte***@gmail.com, and I am based in Malaysia using a Maybank Visa debit card. I request that all unauthorized charges be fully refunded, that any subscription or recurring payment linked to my card or email be immediately cancelled, and that you ensure no further unauthorized charges are made to my card in the future. I also expect a clear explanation of how my card details were used for recurring charges after a one-time download. I kindly ask PDF Guru to review this matter urgently and confirm that the charges have been reversed and any active subscriptions have been cancelled.
