PDF Guru Unauthorized PayPal Charges - Subscription Not Approved

I recently discovered multiple unauthorized charges from PDF Guru, listed as “PDFGURU DE41,” taken via PayPal from my bank account. On 15/09/2025 there were two transactions of €0.88 each, and on 22/09/2025 the first charge of €49.99 was taken. In total, an estimated amount of €201.72 has been withdrawn for this service, although I never knowingly subscribed to any PDF Guru product or plan. I did not agree to these payments, I did not intend to purchase a subscription, and I only noticed these transactions afterwards in my account. I have not yet been able to resolve this via PayPal and I have also not yet contacted my bank, as the payments appear as normal transactions in my account, even though I did not authorize them as a subscription. I kindly request that PDF Guru immediately cancels any existing subscription or recurring payment linked to my details and confirms this to me in writing. In addition, I am asking for a full refund of the total amount that has been charged so far, as I did not subscribe to this service intentionally and do not wish to use it. I expect a prompt review of my situation and a written confirmation that the subscription is cancelled and the full refund has been processed.
