PDF Guru Charged My Credit Card Without Consent After Free Trial
On 05/11/2025, after using the trial version on the pdfguru website, a one-time charge of ₺2,099 was made to my credit card without any prior notice or my consent. The membership and payment terms were not clearly disclosed, and this amount was charged completely without my knowledge. In addition, the pdfguru website provides incomplete information and misleading instructions, which confuse customers and lead to errors. This misleads users and causes serious inconvenience. After noticing the issue, I sent an objection email to [email protected], but the customer service response stated that a refund could not be issued because my country is not covered by the EU refund policy. Although my subscription was cancelled, no resolution was offered regarding the refund. My user ID is 4c7f4693-1349-4CC4-b99f-7205040a7aed, and I request a full refund of the ₺2,099 that was charged without my authorization.
