I Face PDF Guru Charging Users Automatically Without Confirmation

On September 30, 2025, ₺2,099 was charged to my card without my permission by the PDF Guru mobile app. This payment was taken for a subscription I never authorized or knowingly started. My transaction number is 228896, and I’ve since learned that other users have faced the same issue.

As soon as I noticed the charge, I canceled the subscription through the app, but I was informed that no refund would be issued. During the payment process, I never received any notification or confirmation message authorizing this transaction.

I request that PDF Guru refund the unauthorized ₺2,099 charge to my account immediately.
