I Face Unauthorized Payment by PDF Guru Despite Not Using App

On October 3, 2025, a ₺2,099 charge was made without my permission from my İş Bank debit card by an app called PDF Guru. Although I had used the app before, I never received any notice or approval request about such a payment being made. I am no longer using the app, and it is not even installed on my device.

The transaction was made under the name Yücel A*. I request a full refund of the ₺2,099 that was withdrawn without authorization and ask that my issue be resolved as quickly as possible.

This charge was made without my knowledge or consent, and I expect an immediate refund and assurance that such unauthorized payments will not happen again.
