On August 2, 2025, an online withdrawal of ₺2000 was made from my İş Bankası debit card through PDF Guru without my knowledge or approval. I did not authorize this payment, nor did I ever agree to share my card details for future use. As soon as I noticed the transaction, I immediately called customer service to dispute it. The bank canceled my card for security reasons, but so far I have not received any refund or even an update about when this issue will be resolved.
The fact that such a transaction could take place without my permission has caused me serious financial and emotional distress. A company should not be able to process payments without explicit user consent. This feels like a clear violation of trust.
I am demanding that the ₺2000 taken from my account be refunded immediately and that the necessary investigation be carried out to prevent this from happening again. I expect PDF Guru and my bank to resolve this matter quickly and return my funds without further delay.
