On June 10, 2024, I used my Google account on my phone to make a small purchase of ₺59 for a translation service through PDF Guru. However, on the very same day, an additional ₺2099 was withdrawn from my account without my approval. This was a one-time charge that I never authorized. The payment was processed through my bank card, and I immediately reported it. My bank has started the legal process to dispute the transaction, but this unauthorized withdrawal has already caused serious inconvenience and financial stress.
Since I logged into the application using my Google account, all of my actions are recorded and traceable. There is clear proof that I did not authorize this ₺2099 transaction. It is unacceptable that such a charge could occur without explicit consent.
I demand that PDF Guru and Google investigate this unauthorized charge immediately, cancel the transaction, and issue a full refund of ₺2099 to my account without further delay. Consumers should not be left unprotected against unauthorized digital purchases, and I expect prompt resolution of this issue.
