Even though I have never used the PDF Guru app, I recently discovered that two unauthorized charges were made from my Papara-linked debit card — one on August 15, 2025, and another on September 26, 2025, totaling ₺70. I have not started or approved any subscription, and I have no information about the transaction details or reference numbers. I have no idea how or why these payments occurred.
So far, I haven’t contacted PDF Guru or Papara customer service. I request that these unauthorized charges be canceled and the ₺70 refunded to my account.
