I used a service called PDF Guru only once and for free, and I never started any kind of subscription. However, on November 16, 2025, I noticed a charge of $70 on my Kuveyt Türk credit card. When I logged into my PDF Guru account, there was no active subscription displayed.
I do not accept this charge, as I never gave permission, never initiated a subscription, and no subscription appears on my account. I have not yet contacted the bank or PDF Guru, but after seeing many comments from users experiencing similar issues, I wanted to report the situation here.
I request that this unauthorized $70 charge be immediately canceled and fully refunded. Additionally, if there is any invisible or automatically running subscription linked to my account, I want it to be completely canceled and for PDF Guru to ensure that no further unauthorized charges are ever made to my card.
