Zara Charged ₺2,617 Without My Consent and I Am Demanding a Full Refund
On April 25, 2025, a purchase totaling ₺2,617 was made at Zara — but I was not the one who made this transaction. Shockingly, the amount was withdrawn from my credit card without any approval or verification from me.
It is completely unacceptable for a company like Zara to allow unauthorized charges to occur without confirming the purchase with the cardholder. I demand that this issue be investigated immediately and that the full amount be refunded to my account without further delay.
I trusted Zara as a reputable brand, but this experience has been a serious breach of that trust. If my issue is not resolved quickly, I will not hesitate to take further legal action to protect my rights.
