Pazarama Order Delay and Suspicious Cancellation Complaint
On July 2nd, I placed an order on Pazarama for over ₺1,000. For nearly 10 days, my order status remained stuck at 'order received.' Today, after I called them 2-3 times, they finally looked into it. But when I called again, they suddenly canceled my order, even though I can see the item is still in stock.
I bought the item, and the next day its price increased. I believe they're canceling my order just because of this price hike. I've never seen a website operate like this. They've inconvenienced me just to potentially make an extra ₺200-300. They've also been holding onto my money for 10 days. If I hadn't called, they wouldn't have even contacted me about this issue.
It's clear they canceled my order so they could sell the item at the higher price. This is unacceptable customer service and potentially unethical business practice.
