Pazarama Green Tea Order Missing Items - Refund Request

On October 28, I ordered green tea from Pazarama (order number: 745874801). In my first order, even though I purchased multiple packs of green tea, only one pack was delivered. After waiting about 10 days, they issued a ₺250 satisfaction coupon and asked me to place a new order. This time, I ordered three packs, but again, only one was delivered. The same issue occurred in both orders. I contacted customer service multiple times to resolve the problem. To compensate for the missing items, they first gave me a ₺250 coupon and later another ₺74 coupon for the two missing packs. I paid a total of ₺360, yet both of my orders were incomplete. For 20 days, my products remained missing, and I received neither a clear explanation nor a proper solution. I request a refund for the two missing packs of green tea, an explanation for the issue, and assurance that necessary steps will be taken to prevent such problems in the future. I am not satisfied with Pazarama’s lack of attention and insufficient resolution throughout this process.
