Payoneer's Unfair Annual Fee Deduction

On July 5th, I received $23 in my Payoneer account as a survey site reward. I checked the balance shortly after the money arrived, but I didn't log back into my Payoneer account because I assumed the money would remain there. I had no idea that on July 5th, Payoneer would deduct my entire $23 as an annual fee. I still thought my money was safe until I logged into the site today and discovered it was gone. I was taken aback and immediately contacted customer service, hoping for a refund. However, they informed me that no refund would be issued. I expressed my dissatisfaction with Payoneer, but they seemed unconcerned. I informed them that I had not received any email notifications, but they claimed they had. I explained that because I rarely use the site, I missed the message. Unfortunately, they were unconcerned and insisted on the fee being mandatory. I'm furious with them, especially since I worked hard to earn that money. It was all for naught. I strongly advise you to avoid using Payoneer! They appear to have left many others in a similar situation. Payoneer will always have a negative impression in my mind because they not only deduct funds during transfers but also charge a usage fee.
