Unexpected Annual Fee Deducted by Payoneer - Requesting Refund of $29.95 Charge

I’ve been using Payoneer for a year, and until now, I never had such a fee deducted. However, today I noticed a $29.95 deduction labeled as an annual account fee, which dropped my balance from $97 to $65. I’m very disappointed with this unexpected charge. Additionally, Payoneer already takes a $2 fee during money transfers, so having an annual fee on top of that feels excessive. I am requesting a full refund of the $29.95 annual fee that was deducted from my account. Payoneer, please address this issue and return my money promptly!
