Unjust Annual Fee Deducted by Payoneer and Unable to Withdraw Remaining Balance

I have been using Payoneer for years, and recently they deducted a $29.90 annual service fee from my account which had a balance of $54.31. I don't understand the reason for this fee since they already charge us commissions on transactions. Now, my remaining balance is $24.36, which is below the minimum withdrawal limit, and I can't access my funds.

I contacted support via email regarding my account with Customer ID: 16696456, but I haven’t received any response. I want a refund of my money and plan to close my account, but the lack of response and their apparent focus on charging excessive fees is really frustrating. Please address this issue promptly.
