I'm still waiting for Payoneer to confirm my balance of $25 which was earned from a survey from Ysense. The company sent the money to Payoneer but they haven't confirmed it yet, so there's no way of withdrawing it. It's been 6 days and this situation is getting increasingly worrying as my electricity bill has yet to be sorted out. If I can't withdraw the money then I expect them to return it, but with no phone number or email address available, it's looking like we're stuck in limbo with only the "pleasure" of their customer service team in mind! It's an uncomfortable feeling when you don't know who or what will happen next, and this complete lack of control is really disheartening. I understand that companies need time to process information, but after six days and with no clue as to what's going on - this experience has left me feeling incredibly frustrated. All I can do now is wait for Payoneer to finally respond and hope that everything will be resolved soon!
