Three months ago, I received a payment in my Payoneer account and deposited it into my İşbank account. However, the payment has not been reflected in my bank account, and my bank cannot see such a transaction. Despite sending three emails and making phone calls, I have not received any feedback, which is frustrating. It is hard to believe that a big company like Payoneer can't resolve a simple transaction issue like this one. The delay is causing me significant stress, especially since the amount involved is only $550. If anyone has had a similar experience or can share their insights, please do so. I am contemplating starting the legal process in America, but I hope that it doesn't come to that. I urge Payoneer to look into this matter urgently and provide me with a resolution soon.
