Payless Deposit Issues and Unhelpful Staff in Belgrade

On August 4, 2024, I rented a car through Booking with confirmation number 730407919 and was directed to a company called Payless in Belgrade. I arrived with my wife, children, and our luggage, without a place to stay. At the rental office, we were met by an arrogant and unhappy female employee who was completely uncooperative. She demanded a ₺300 deposit plus ₺1300 in additional fees. I offered to pay in cash, but she refused; I then provided a card, but she rejected it because it didn’t have my name on it. Despite seeing my wife and two children standing there with our suitcases, she laughed and said, “My shift is over,” and left without offering any help. I am requesting a refund.
