Patreon Continues Charging After Subscription Cancellation

I had started a subscription on Patreon for content on the . However, I am not a regular registered user of the platform. Even though I canceled both this subscription and my Patreon account on November 21, 2025, unauthorized charges have continued to be deducted from my card.

These charges have been taken automatically on the 1st of each month from my Yapı Kredi debit card under the description “Patreon membership.” Despite canceling my subscription, I was charged 285 TRY in November 2025, 288 TRY in December 2025, and 291.79 TRY on January 1, 2026.

When I contacted Patreon, I was only told that my request had been recorded, but the issue was not resolved, and I did not receive a clear response. It is completely unacceptable that charges continue even after I have canceled both my subscription and my account.

I request a full refund of the amounts charged to my card over the last two months and that all future charges be permanently stopped.
