Contrary to the Message They Sent Me, BetterMe Deducted Money After I Canceled

they sent an automated message stating that the continuation would be automatically canceled. However, they proceeded to deduct ₺115 from my card without my permission or consent. My money was taken without any explanation, and there was no support or clarification about the subscription fee. do an immediate resolution to cancel the fee, refund my money, and clarify the cancellation process. This unauthorized charge is illegal for one, and rectifies this issue promptly. I expect clear and transparent communication regarding the deducted amount and a swift resolution to this matter.
