About three months ago, I purchased Parodontax Gum + Sensitivity + Freshness toothpaste from a Gratis store. After I started using it, by the third brushing, I developed mouth sores, gum sensitivity, and small cracks on my tongue. Even though I stopped using the product three days ago, these painful symptoms are still continuing.
The irritation is so severe that I’m struggling to eat, and I’ve also noticed swelling in my lymph nodes. I had trusted Parodontax for years and even decided to try a different version of their toothpaste — I actually bought three tubes at once, but now all of them are useless.
I’m deeply disappointed and request that Parodontax address this issue, as I’ve clearly suffered an adverse reaction from their product. I would like my complaint resolved and compensation for my loss, given that this product caused pain and health discomfort instead of providing the promised oral care benefits.
