I purchased Parodontax Gum Sensitivity and Freshness toothpaste from Rossmann, and from the very first day of use I began experiencing numbness and painful sores inside my lips after every brushing. At first, I did not realize the toothpaste was the cause, but when I asked my family members, they also reported similar symptoms, which confirmed that the product was responsible. This issue has been ongoing for about two weeks, and each use has resulted in the same severe reaction. The inside of my lips is in terrible condition, forcing me to stop using the product. I have not tried any other remedies and have not contacted customer service yet. Since I do not have the receipt, I cannot provide purchase details, and no warranty or return policy was explained at the time of purchase. Given the negative impact on my health, I demand that this product be recalled and that a full refund be issued immediately.
