I purchased the Parodontax Gum Sensitivity Toothpaste to relieve my dental sensitivity, hoping for a gentle and effective solution. However, after just a few uses, my entire mouth, including my lips and tongue, developed painful sores and inflammation. To verify if the toothpaste was the cause, I stopped using it, and the sores healed completely. But when I tried using it again, within only two uses, my tongue was covered in painful wounds once more.
I am extremely concerned about the ingredients in this product. It is unacceptable for a product marketed for sensitive gums to cause such severe adverse reactions. This has caused me not only physical pain but also emotional distress, as I can no longer maintain my oral hygiene routine without fear.
I urgently request that Parodontax investigate this issue, explain the cause of these reactions, and offer a full refund for the product. I also expect an apology for the pain and discomfort caused. Please resolve this issue within 14 days.
