I used Parodontax Gum, Sensitivity and Freshness toothpaste every day between August 30 and September 18, and during this period I experienced severe allergic reactions. While using the product, I developed multiple mouth ulcers at the same time, swelling and pain in my lymph nodes, swelling and pain in my gums, as well as swelling in my lips. These symptoms became so severe that I had to take allergy medication. The complaints appeared gradually, and I made no other changes in my routine except using this toothpaste. I purchased the product from a supermarket for ₺300. So far, I have not contacted Parodontax customer service. Due to the health issues I experienced, I request a full refund for the product and expect this matter to be investigated and resolved promptly.
