I have a sports betting account with Parimatch that I access from Australia, and for the past 3–4 weeks I have been unable to withdraw my funds.
Whenever I attempt to make a withdrawal, I receive the following message: “Unfortunately, your account does not allow you to create a withdrawal request. Please contact support for more information.”
My Parimatch account is registered under the email address akashbolline***@gmail.com. There is currently a balance of 2700 in my account that I am unable to withdraw. This is the first time I have attempted to withdraw funds from this account.
When I contacted Parimatch customer support, I was told they were unable to locate my account, even though I can successfully log in, view my balance, and see the withdrawal restriction message.
I am requesting that Parimatch urgently locate and verify my account, provide a clear explanation for why withdrawals are blocked, and allow me to withdraw the full balance of 2700 without any further delay.
