Parimatch Verification Blocked, Document Upload Disabled - Withdrawal Stuck

I have been using the Parimatch Android app in India and have always been able to withdraw from the same account without any problems. For the last three days, I have been unable to withdraw my balance of 7,071 rupees because the app is blocking my account verification process. The system is asking me to complete verification, but the document upload options in the app are completely disabled, so I cannot submit my international passport or any other document. Because of this, my account is effectively blocked for withdrawals and I cannot access my own money even though I registered my account in India and I am trying to verify with valid international documents. I tried to reach Parimatch for support, but no email address seems to work and the live chat is not helpful and does not provide any real solution. At the moment, I am stuck with no way to upload my documents and no clear support channel to resolve this. I request that my account be properly reviewed, that the document upload options be enabled so I can complete verification with my international passport, and that my withdrawal of 7,071 rupees be processed as soon as possible, or that a clear alternative solution be provided so I can access my funds without further delay.
