I requested a withdrawal 7 days ago, but since the first day until now, every time I contact customer support they only tell me to wait, without giving any explanation or time frame. The money remains blocked in my account and I have not violated any rules or received any warning that could justify this situation. I request that my withdrawal be processed immediately and that my funds be released without any further delay. I also expect a clear explanation for why my withdrawal has been blocked for 7 days without any proper information.
