Parimatch Withdrawal Unavailable - Balance Not Withdrawable

I have been using the Parimatch betting app in India and my account is fully verified and active, but for about the last 1–2 months I have been unable to withdraw my money. When I go to the withdrawal section, the app shows that the withdrawal option is unavailable and does not allow me to proceed with any withdrawal at all. At the moment I have a balance of around 3,500 in my Parimatch betting account, but I cannot access this money because the withdrawal feature is blocked for me without any clear explanation. This situation has been going on for a long time and is causing me serious concern. I request that my withdrawal option be immediately activated and that I be allowed to withdraw my full balance to my chosen payment method, or that I be given a clear and detailed explanation of why my withdrawals are unavailable and how this can be resolved as soon as possible.
