Parimatch Withdrawal Error Message Leaves ₹7,300 Inaccessible
I have been using Parimatch for sports betting and casino games, and for the last two months, I have been unable to withdraw my money from my account. Every time I try to withdraw, I get the message “Unfortunately, your account does not allow you to create a withdrawal request. Please contact support for more information,” and no withdrawal request can be created. At the moment, an amount of around ₹7,300 is stuck in my Parimatch account, and I have no way to access it. My KYC and all required verifications on Parimatch are already completed and approved, so I do not understand why my account is restricted for withdrawals. I have tried to reach Parimatch support, but I am unable to find a working phone number or WhatsApp contact, and I am not receiving any proper support to resolve this issue. I request that Parimatch review my account, provide a clear explanation for the withdrawal block despite full KYC approval, and immediately enable withdrawals so that I can withdraw my ₹7,300 without further delay. I also ask for a written clarification so that such a problem does not happen again in the future.
