Parimatch Money Not Reflecting
I am writing regarding a problem with my Parimatch betting account related to a UPI deposit that was deducted from my bank account but has not been reflected in my Parimatch balance. On 1st April, I made a deposit of ₹300 via UPI. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, but it never appeared in my Parimatch account. After noticing this, I contacted Parimatch customer support and reported the issue. They created a ticket for my case, and the status is now shown as resolved on their side, but the ₹300 has still not been credited to my betting account and I have not received any refund either. In other words, the issue is not actually resolved for me. I request that this issue be properly checked again and that my missing ₹300 either be credited to my Parimatch betting account or refunded back to my bank account as soon as possible.
