Parimatch Deposit Not Credited After ₹300 Paytm UPI Payment

I deposited ₹300 into my Parimatch account on March 25, 2026, at around 3:37 PM using UPI through Paytm. The amount was successfully debited from my Paytm account, with transaction/reference number 608487712482, but it has still not been credited to my Parimatch account.

I created a support ticket and also contacted Parimatch customer support, but they continue to respond that they are “waiting,” without providing any real update or resolution. Despite the successful payment, my account balance has not been corrected.

I request that my ₹300 be either refunded immediately to my original payment method or credited to my Parimatch account without any further delay. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly, as the transaction was completed on my side.
