Parimatch UPI Deposit Not Credited Or Refunded
I deposited 9,000 rupees into my Parimatch account on 16-02-2026 via UPI using the Payz app. Although the amount was successfully debited from my UPI, it has still not been credited to my Parimatch account. I contacted Parimatch support on the same day, approximately three hours after the deposit, and they confirmed my issue and gave me a response saying that the payment would be credited on Wednesday. However, today is Sunday and, despite their assurance and the time that has passed, the 9,000 rupees has still not been credited or refunded. My Parimatch account is registered under the name Melam A*** S***. I request that the 9,000 rupees be refunded back to my UPI app as soon as possible, and that a clear and final resolution be provided regarding this failed deposit.
