Parimatch Holding My ₹9,000 Without Credit or Refund

On February 22, 2026, at approximately 8:21 PM, I deposited ₹9,000 into my Parimatch account via Paytm. However, the amount has still not been credited to my Parimatch balance.
The Paytm transaction ID for this payment is 699770311051, and the funds were successfully debited from my Paytm account. The transaction shows as completed on my end, but my Parimatch balance remains unchanged.
I contacted Parimatch customer support regarding this issue, but I have not received a helpful or timely response so far.
I request that the ₹9,000 from this transaction either be credited to my Parimatch account immediately or refunded back to my Paytm account as soon as possible. I expect this matter to be investigated and resolved promptly, as the delay is causing inconvenience and undermining my trust in the platform.
