Parimatch Deposit Amount Not Credited in Account

I made a deposit of ₹10,000 to my Parimatch account on 5/1/2026 via UPI from my SBI bank account, but the money was deducted from my bank and has still not been credited to my Parimatch balance. My Parimatch account is registered with the email address paziz2***@gmail.com. I contacted support and was informed that the issue is “in process, but I have not received any clear resolution so far, and my funds remain stuck. I request that my ₹10,000 be refunded to my bank account as soon as possible and that I be informed in writing once the refund is completed.
