On February 8, 2026, I deposited ₹1,500 into my Parimatch sports betting wallet via Paytm. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, but it has still not been credited to my Parimatch account linked to user ID 343068163.
On the same day, February 8, 2026, I submitted a support ticket and provided proof of payment, including confirmation that the transaction was successful on my end. Since then, I have contacted support multiple times through the website chat, but I have only received generic responses. The issue remains unresolved, and no clear update or timeline has been provided.
I am requesting that my ₹1,500 deposit be either immediately credited to my Parimatch sports betting wallet or refunded to my original payment method as soon as possible. I also request a clear explanation for the delay in resolving this deposit issue.
