Parimatch Paytm Deposit Debited, Not Credited to Wallet
I made a deposit of 3000 INR to my Parimatch casino account on 30.11.2025 at around 09:06 PM using Paytm. The transaction was successful from my side and the amount was debited from my Paytm account, but the money has still not been credited to my Parimatch wallet. After noticing that the funds were missing, I raised a support ticket through Parimatch, but I have not received any response so far. This situation is very frustrating because my money has left my Paytm account, yet I am unable to use it on Parimatch and I have no clear information from your side. I request that the 3000 INR be credited to my Parimatch wallet as soon as possible and that I be informed clearly about the resolution of this issue.
