Parimatch Balance Not Updated After Successful ₹500 Deposit
On February 1, 2026, at approximately 8:50 PM, I made a ₹500 deposit to my Parimatch account using Paytm UPI. The amount was successfully deducted from my Paytm account, but it has not been credited to my Parimatch balance.
After noticing that the funds were missing, I contacted customer support, but I have not received any response so far. This situation is causing significant inconvenience, as my money is stuck with no update, explanation, or resolution.
I respectfully request that the ₹500 be credited to my Parimatch account immediately, or that this transaction be urgently investigated and resolved as soon as possible.
