Parimatch PhonePe Deposit Not Credited After Five Days

I made a deposit to my Parimatch account (ID: 260600***) on 24 November 2025 via PhonePe for an amount of ₹12,000. The money was successfully deducted from my PhonePe/bank account, but it has still not been reflected in my Parimatch wallet. After noticing that the amount did not appear in my wallet, I contacted customer support. They raised a ticket and informed me that the money would be credited within 5 working hours. However, despite this assurance, 5 days have passed and the amount is still not credited to my Parimatch wallet, and the issue remains unresolved. I request that the ₹12,000 deposit made via PhonePe on 24 November 2025 be immediately credited to my Parimatch wallet without any further delay. I also ask for clarification on why this delay occurred even after being promised a 5‑hour resolution, so that similar issues do not happen again in the future.
