Parimatch Deposit Not Credited After PhonePe Payment

I am writing to report an unresolved issue with a deposit I made to my Parimatch account through the deposit section. On 17 November, I deposited ₹2500 using PhonePe. The amount was deducted from my PhonePe account, but it has still not been credited to my Parimatch balance, and I have been waiting for more than 15 days. After noticing that the money was missing, I created a ticket with Parimatch support, but the issue has not been solved yet. I have the transaction details and reference information from PhonePe and have attached them as supporting documents. I request that my missing ₹2500 deposit be either credited to my Parimatch account balance or refunded to my original payment method as soon as possible, and that I be informed clearly about the reason for this delay.
