My Parimatch Deposit Amount Not Received

I am writing to raise a complaint about a problem with my Parimatch sports betting account. On 16.10.2025, I deposited 2000 Rs to my Parimatch account using UPI through the PhonePe application. The amount was successfully debited from my PhonePe/UPI, but it has still not been credited to my Parimatch account balance. After noticing that the 2000 Rs deposit did not appear in my account, I contacted Parimatch customer support. However, they have not responded properly and so far have not solved this issue or given me a clear explanation. I request that my missing deposit of 2000 Rs from 16.10.2025 be immediately credited to my Parimatch account without any further delay, or that a proper resolution be provided as soon as possible.
