Parimatch PhonePe Deposit Missing - Transaction Not Credited
I am writing regarding an issue with two deposits I made to my Parimatch account via PhonePe on 21 January at around 6:33 pm. For these deposits, I raised two separate tickets with your support team, numbered 68683051 and 68681487. One of the deposits has been successfully credited to my Parimatch account, but the other has not been deposited, even though the status of both tickets is showing as resolved. It has already been 24 hours since the transaction and ticket creation, and the missing deposit has still not been credited or refunded, which is causing me concern. Since both tickets are marked as resolved, I do not understand why one of the deposits is still not reflected in my Parimatch balance. I request that you urgently check these two tickets and the corresponding UTR numbers 418407898 and 196010728744, identify the missing deposit, and either credit the amount to my Parimatch account or refund it back to my PhonePe account as soon as possible.
